Pricing policy

Proposal for review. Contract confirmation and policy enforcement pending.
These workspace subscription prices and limits are proposals for review, before applicable taxes. Contract confirmation and policy enforcement are pending.
Each paid subscription covers one workspace at one flat price. All workspace members are included, with no per-seat or responder fees. Developer is limited to one member, the workspace owner.
Under the proposed policy, BetterPulse warns you as an included limit approaches. There are no automatic overages, upgrades, or top-ups.
Any capacity purchase requires a separate fixed quote and your explicit approval, including its exact cost and effective date.
Telemetry ingestion is available on paid plans (Team and above). Telemetry capacity measures combined logs, metrics, and traces ingestion per month, not stored GB. Under the proposed policy, new ingestion pauses at the limit while existing data remains within the listed retention period. Additional monitor creation stops at the monitor limit.
Developer proposes best-effort email support. Paid plans propose standard email support during business hours, with coverage hours recorded in the written order. No tier promises an SLA, guaranteed response time, or unlimited provider traffic.
SMS, voice calls, and AI are optional, disabled by default, and not included in this proposal. Optional packs need a separate fixed quote and explicit approval, with no automatic charges.
The Private proposal covers a ZSoftly-hosted isolated deployment within its listed limits and standard onboarding. Bespoke integrations, migrations, and 24/7 support are not included. Customer-supplied infrastructure and bespoke projects require separate written agreements.
CAD is the base price. USD, EUR, and GBP use the locked Bank of Canada snapshot dated 2026-10-30, expressed as CAD per currency unit. Prices divide the CAD amount by that rate and round once to the nearest whole unit, with halves rounded up. Rates change only through a deliberate ratebook update.
Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly. Annual billing applies a 15% discount to the CAD base workspace subscription for 12 months before conversion and whole-unit rounding. The full annual amount is prepaid. Effective savings against rounded local monthly prices vary slightly. Optional packs are not included in the discount.
Developer is a proposed free workspace with no credit card required. It includes one member, 25 active monitors, and 1 status page. It does not include telemetry ingestion (logs, traces, metrics, or exceptions). Request access before activation.
Telemetry ingestion allowances reset each calendar month under either billing cycle. Monitor and status-page limits remain as listed. Annual billing does not pool 12 months of capacity.
The proposed price lock lasts for the first 12 months from activation. Renewal pricing is communicated before explicit renewal, with no automatic charge increase.
Questions
Before you request access.
Are these active checkout prices?+
No. These are proposed launch subscription prices and limits for review. Contract confirmation and policy enforcement are pending. Contact ZSoftly before activation or billing.
Does Developer require a credit card?+
No. Developer is a proposed free workspace with no credit card required. It is limited to one member, the workspace owner, and does not include telemetry ingestion. Use Request access to discuss activation. Contract confirmation and policy enforcement are pending.
Are plans priced per person?+
No. Each paid plan is one flat price per workspace, and all workspace members are included. There are no per-seat or responder fees. The free Developer plan is limited to one member, the workspace owner.
What happens at a limit?+
The proposed policy warns you as an included limit approaches, pauses new telemetry ingestion at its limit, and prevents additional monitor creation at its limit. Existing data remains within the listed retention period. There are no automatic overages, upgrades, or top-ups.
What does telemetry capacity measure?+
The monthly GB allowance combines logs, metrics, and traces ingestion. It is not a stored-GB allowance or a promise of unlimited queries. Telemetry ingestion is available on Team, Business, and Private. Developer does not include it.
How do notifications and AI work?+
Email and web notifications operate within plan capacity. SMS, voice, and AI are optional, disabled by default, and not included in this proposal. Optional packs need a separate fixed quote and explicit approval, with no automatic charges.
What does Private cover?+
The Private proposal includes a ZSoftly-hosted isolated deployment within its listed capacity and standard onboarding. Bespoke integrations, migrations, and 24/7 support are not included. Customer-supplied infrastructure and bespoke projects need separate written agreements.
Is support the same across plans?+
Developer proposes best-effort email support. Team, Business, and Private propose standard email support during business hours, with coverage hours specified in the written order. No tier promises an SLA or guaranteed response time.
How do currency, taxes, and the price lock work?+
CAD is the base price. USD, EUR, and GBP use the locked Bank of Canada snapshot dated 2026-10-30. We divide the CAD amount by the CAD-per-unit rate and round once to whole units, with halves rounded up. Annual billing discounts the 12-month CAD base subscription by 15% before conversion and rounding. Effective savings against rounded local monthly prices vary slightly. Optional packs are excluded from the discount. Prices are before applicable taxes. The proposed price lock lasts 12 months from activation. Renewal pricing is communicated before explicit renewal, with no automatic charge increase.
Does annual billing change capacity?+
No. Telemetry ingestion allowances reset each calendar month under both billing cycles. Monitor and status-page limits remain as listed. Annual billing does not pool 12 months of capacity.
Is BetterPulse affiliated with OneUptime?+
No. BetterPulse is an independently maintained fork of the Apache-licensed OneUptime core. ZSoftly branding, integrations, and managed offering are not affiliated with or endorsed by OneUptime.
Proposed launch subscription pricing, before applicable taxes. Contract confirmation and policy enforcement are pending. A written order and explicit approval precede any billing change.
